Young Girl Killed by Her Brother in Nangarhar

According to the sources, the incident occurred on Tuesday (September 17) in General Syed Agha Street, part of the first district of this city.

A source stated that the young man, 27 years old, used a pistol to shoot his 19-year-old sister, resulting in her death. The source did not reveal the identities of the brother or sister but confirmed that the girl died instantly after being shot.

The source also mentioned that the family originally are from Kama District in Nangarhar, but they were currently living in camps area within the first district of Jalalabad city.

Taliban security officials in Nangarhar have not yet commented on the incident.

It is noteworthy that similar incidents have increased across the country since the Taliban came to power in Afghanistan.
