Zan News: In one day, more than 750 Afghan migrant families returned to Afghanistan from Iran and Pakistan.
According to a report by Bakhtar News Agency, under Taliban administration, these individuals returned on Monday, April 21, through the Torkham, Spin Boldak, Silk Bridge, and Islam Qala border crossings.
The report states that 210 families entered through Torkham in Nangarhar, 227 through Spin Boldak in Kandahar, 93 through the Silk Bridge in Nimroz, and 222 families through Islam Qala in Herat.
These returnees include both forcibly deported individuals and those who returned voluntarily.
This comes as, just one day earlier, more than 700 Afghan families had also returned from neighboring countries. The pace of returns has intensified in recent weeks, particularly from Pakistan, where it is reported that over 84,000 undocumented Afghan migrants have been deported in less than a month.
