Zan News: Noorvizha Ahmadi, an Afghan female doctor, has successfully gained membership in the General Medical Council (GMC) of the United Kingdom.
Ms. Ahmadi, who migrated to the UK after the Taliban took control, passed the international exams "OAT," "PLAB-1," and "PLAB-2," securing this membership.
She completed her medical education in India and at the private "Afghan-Swiss" University in Kabul.
Ahmadi, 30 years old, was born in Kabul, where she also completed her primary education.
Several other Afghan female doctors have previously attained membership in this council.
It is worth noting that gaining membership in the General Medical Council allows doctors to legally practice medicine in the UK and serves as a professional evaluation and certification of the individual.
