A Man in Takhar Slashed His Mother's Throat With a Knife

Zan News: Taliban security officials in Takhar province report that in the Chahab district of the province, a man has slit his mother's throat using a knife.
Zabihullah Hakimi, the spokesperson for the Taliban's police command in Takhar, stated that the incident occurred last night, Wednesday (March 19).
He added that the individual killed his mother with a knife following a verbal altercation.
Hakimi also confirmed that the accused has been arrested by Taliban forces.
