Traffic Accident in Kapisa Claims the Lives of Five, Including Three Women

Zan News - Kapisa: A traffic accident in the Alasay district of Kapisa province has resulted in the deaths of three women and two men, with three others injured.

The Taliban's security command in Kapisa released a statement saying the accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon (31 July) in the "Dara Koti" area of Alasay district.

According to the command, a vehicle veered off the road and overturned in the accident.

Reports indicate that children are among the injured in this incident.

The cause of the accident has been attributed to the narrow road and the driver's carelessness.

It is noteworthy that traffic accidents in Afghanistan annually claim the lives of hundreds and leave hundreds injured. Driver carelessness, poor road conditions, and the lack of traffic signs are cited as the main reasons for these accidents.
