A Man in Herat Murdered his Two Wives

The incident occurred on Friday (May 24) in the center of Karukh district, Herat province.

Health sources in Herat confirm that the bodies of the two women have been transferred to the Herat Hawzawi Hospital.

According to sources, the man killed his wives after a family argument and verbal tension.

So far, Taliban officials in Herat have not commented on the matter.

Such incidents are not uncommon in Afghanistan. In October of last year, a man in the Haji Qurbanha area of Qadis district, Badghis province, also killed his two wives with a hunting rifle.
